Tony commence à fabriquer les instruments Avalon en 2017 et se consacre à cette activité à plein temps en 2021, après plusieurs années d’essais. Il forme et accorde chaque instrument à la main, recherchant équilibre des notes et stabilité sonore. Installé à Sartilly, il échange directement avec les joueurs pour les commandes et travaille l’acier nitruré comme l’inox. Les instruments peuvent être retirés à l’atelier ou expédiés.
