HandpanWorld is a Germany-based network connecting instrument makers, musicians and showrooms through handpan sales, guidance and workshops.

HandpanWorld brings together independent instrument makers, players and teachers through an online store and a network of local showrooms. Based in Munich, it offers opportunities to compare handpans from different builders, hear contrasting scales and materials, and receive advice before choosing an instrument. Its showroom network includes locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Associated teachers provide introductory workshops and individual lessons for beginners and more experienced players, combining technique with creative expression. The project also publishes information about instrument care, tuning, playing posture and music theory. For handpans bought through its store, it organises a retuning service, including assessment by video and shipment to a tuner. The profile represents this retail and educational network, whose demonstrations make the work of several makers accessible in one place.
