Lisann Weber is a German music therapist, educator and handpan musician with a lifelong background in music. Her early experience included piano, choir and musical theatre, followed by advanced study that connected music, culture and therapeutic practice. During the master’s program Musik.welt, completed between 2019 and 2022, the handpan became an important focus and formed part of her final academic work. She now teaches through private lessons, workshops and events, adapting material to different ages and levels of experience. Her approach treats technique as a foundation for personal expression rather than an end in itself, and group participation is often as important as solo performance. The resulting profile is warm, accessible and reflective, with particular relevance for beginners, community settings and learners seeking a supportive entry into the instrument.
