倍音人Road

Baionbito Road is an overtone musician active in Japan, sharing handpan improvisations, live performances and sessions.

Road describes a practice spanning handpan, didgeridoo, jaw harp, Gank drum, RAV drum and riq, with performances across Japan since 2007. The channel moves between acoustic rhythmic playing and quieter explorations of resonance. Its handpan recordings include Sonobe instruments in extended and low-register configurations, solo pieces such as Kamuy rimse and Hijaz lullaby, and sessions combining D Hijaz and D Kurd. The Mie Prefectural Culture Center also documents a live appearance, providing evidence of activity beyond the channel.
