Yohei Hirano

Yohei Hirano is a handpan player from Wakayama, Japan, and an official Sonobe artist.

His channel documents Sonobe instruments in a range of tunings and performances shaped by an interest in nature. He describes playing at local shrines and collaborating with a reciter on peace-themed programmes. Sonobe independently lists him among its endorsers; his recorded music is also distributed under his own name.
