Handpan and gong artist creating immersive performances, retreats and sound journeys that connect tuned steel with resonance, movement and contemplative practice.

Nadayana is a handpan performer, multi-instrumentalist and facilitator whose work centres on the meeting of tuned steel, large gongs and immersive listening. After beginning to explore handpans around 2010, he developed a performance practice that places sustained resonance and gradual transformation above conventional song form. Since roughly 2016, the dialogue between handpan and Thai gong has become a defining feature of his concerts, retreats and sound journeys. His albums and live projects use layered overtones, slow rhythmic development and dramatic dynamic contrast to create spaces that can function as performance, meditation or personal ritual. Nadayana also teaches and collaborates with other musicians and facilitators. The music is best described as experiential rather than genre-bound: it invites close listening, bodily awareness and a sense of movement through changing fields of sound.
