Daniele Rebaudo

Italian handpan musician Daniele Rebaudo brings piano and percussion training to melodic compositions, rhythmic independence and collaborative recordings.

Daniele Rebaudo is an Italian handpan player whose approach brings melody and percussion together. He studied piano and drums from the age of eleven and completed conservatory qualifications in piano in 2011 and percussion in 2016. The handpan gave him a way to connect these previously separate practices. His 2021 album Attraverso l'Infinito includes Across the Infinity, Beauty of Solitude and collaborations with João Luzio, alongside interpretations of music by Alexandre Lora and Kabeção. Later releases include Fractal Implosion and Everything Is Perfect, while Next Big Ding links his playing with Koné and Ibni Rocks. His collaboration with Bobay Beats also appears on The Mixtape and Golden Path. Teaching extends this musical work: his Coordipendenza course focuses on coordination, independent hand movement and polyrhythms, progressing from simple exercises to more demanding combinations. Composition, instrumental dialogue and the practical study of rhythm form connected parts of his work as a performer and teacher.
